Canine Parvovirus Antigen Assay
详细说明
Intended Use:
The Canine Parvovirus Antigen Assay (Feces) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Canine Parvovirus (CPV Ag) in dog’s feces with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.
Principle:
The Canine Parvovirus Antigen Assay detecting CPV antigen in feces specimens based on sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, CPV antibody is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the CPV antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the CPV antibody on the membrane. The concentration of CPV antigens in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer. The testing result of CPV antigen will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
