Intended Use:

The Canine Pancreatic lipase Antigen Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay  for the quantitative detection of Canine Pancreatic lipase (CPL) in canine's serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

Principle:

The Canine Pancreatic lipase Antigen Assay detects Canine Pancreatic lipase in serum/plasma specimens based  on sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, CPL antibody is coated on the test line. During testing, the  specimen reacts with the CPL antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates  up the membrane to react with the CPL antibody on the membrane. The concentration of CPL in the sample  correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by Fluorescence  Immunoassay Analyzer. The testing result of CPL will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer  screen.
