fCys-C Antigen Assay

The fCys-C Antigen Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow  immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Cys-C in feline’s  serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

The fCys-C Antigen Assay detects fCys-C in serum/plasma specimens based on  sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, fCys-C antibody is coated on the  test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the fCys-C antibody that is  conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane  to react with the fCys-C antibody on the membrane. The concentration of fCys-C s  in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line,  which can be scanned by Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer. The testing result  of fCys-C will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
