Intended Use:

The Canine T4 Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Canine T4 in canine’s serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

Principle:

The Canine T4 Assay detects Canine T4 in Serum/Plasma specimens based on competition Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, Canine T4 is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the Canine T4 antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres.  The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the Canine T4 on the membrane. The concentration of Canine T4 in the sample. Canine T4 relates with the fluorescence signal  intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.  The testing result of Canine T4 will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer  screen.
