Feline T4 Assay

The Feline T4 Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Feline T4 in Feline’s serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence  Immunoassay Analyzer.

The Feline T4 Assay detects Feline T4 in Serum/Plasma specimens based on competition Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, Feline T4 is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the Feline T4 antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres.  The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the Feline T4 on the membrane. The concentration of Feline T4 in the sample, Feline T4 relates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer. The  testing result of Feline T4 will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
