Canine D-Dimer Assay

The Canine D-Dimer Assay (Plasma) is based on Fluorescence Immunoassay for the  quantitative detection of D-Dimer in canine plasma by using the Fluorescence immunoassay  analyzer.

The Canine D-Dimer Assay (Plasma) detects D-Dimer based on Fluorescence Immunoassay. In  this test, cD-Dimer antibody is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with  the cD-Dimer antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates  up the membrane to react with the cD-Dimer antibody on the membrane. The concentration of  cD-Dimer antigens in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on  the T line, which can be scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of cD-Dimer antigen will  be displayed on the analyzer screen.
