Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen Assay

The Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen Assay (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Feline Leukaemia Virus antigen  in Feline's whole blood, serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

The Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen Assay detects Feline Leukaemia Virus antigen in Whole  Blood/Serum/Plasma specimens based on sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test,  FeLV antibody is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the FeLV antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the  membrane to react with the FeLV antibody on the membrane. The concentration of FeLV  antigens in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line， which can be scanned by Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer. The testing result of FeLV  antigen will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
