Canine/Feline Heartworm Antigen Assay
详细说明
Intended Use:
The Canine/Feline Heartworm Antigen Assay (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Heartworm antigen in canine/feline’s serum, plasma or whole blood with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.
Principle:
The Canine/Feline Heartworm Antigen Assay is based on sandwich fluorescence immunoassay for the detection of canine/feline Heartworm antigen in whole blood, serum, and plasma specimens. In this test, CHW/FHW antigen is coated on the test line region of the test. During testing, the specimen reacts with the CHW/FHW antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the CHW/FHW antigen on the membrane. The concentration of CHW/FHW antigens in the sample relates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of CHW/FHW antigen will be displayed on the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
