Canine Coronavirus Antigen Assay
详细说明
Intended Use:
The Canine Coronavirus Antigen Assay (Feces) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Canine coronavirus antigen (CCV Ag) in dog’s feces with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.
Principle:
The Canine Coronavirus Antigen Assay detects CCV antigen in feces specimens based on sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, CCV antibody is coated on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the CCV antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the CCV antibody on the membrane. The concentration of CCV antigens in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line, which can be scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of CCV antigen will be displayed on the analyzer screen.
