Intended Use:

The CPV/CDV/CAV Antibody Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the  quantitative detection of Canine Parvovirus (CPV)/Canine Distemper Virus (CDV)/Canine adenovirus (CAV) antibody in canine’s serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

Principle:

The CPV/CDV/CAV Antibody Assay detects Canine Parvovirus/ Canine Distemper Virus/Canine adenovirus antibody in canine’s serum or plasma specimens based on sandwich Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test,  CPV/CDV/CAV antibody is coated on each of the three test lines. During testing, the specimen reacts with the  CPV/CDV/CAV antigen that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the  membrane to react with the CPV/CDV/CAV antigen on the membrane. The concentration of CPV/CDV/CAV  antibodies in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T lines, which can be  scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of CPV/CDV/CAV antibody will be displayed on the analyzer screen.
