FPV/FHV/FCV Antibody Assay

The FPV/FHV/FCV Antibody Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the  quantitative detection of Feline Panleucopenia Virus (FPV)/Feline Herpes virus (FHV)/Feline Calicivirus (FCV)  antibody in feline’s serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

The FPV/FHV/FCV Antibody Assay detects Feline Panleucopenia Virus/Feline Herpes virus/ Feline Calicivirus antibody in feline’s serum or plasma specimens based on indirect Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test,  FPV/FHV/FCV antigen is coated on each of the three test lines. During testing, the mixture migrates up the  membrane and the FPV/FHV/FCV antibody in the sample reacts with the FPV/FHV/FCV antigen on the  membrane. The concentration of FPV/FHV/FCV antibody in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal  intensity captured on the T lines, which can be scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of FPV/FHV/FCV antibody will be displayed on the analyzer screen.
