Canine TSH Assay

The Canine TSH Assay (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic  assay for the quantitative detection of Canine Thyroid-stimulating hormone (cTSH)  in canine serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

The Canine TSH Assay (Serum/Plasma) detects Canine TSH in canine serum or  plasma based on Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, cTSH antibody is coated  on the test line. During testing, the specimen reacts with the cTSH antibody that is  conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane  to react with the cTSH antibody on the membrane. The concentration of cTSH  antigens in the sample correlates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on  the T line, which can be scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of cTSH antigen will be displayed on the analyzer screen.
