Rabies Virus Antigen Assay

The Rabies Virus Antigen Assay (Saliva) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative  detection of Rabies antigen in canine’s saliva with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer.

The Rabies Virus Antigen Assay (Saliva) detects Rabies antigen in canine’ssaliva specimens based on sandwich  Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test, Rabies antibody is coated on the test line region of the test. During  testing, the specimen reacts with the rabies antibody that is conjugated with fluorescent microspheres. The  mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the rabies antibody on the membrane. The concentration of  rabies antigens in the sample relates with the fluorescence signal intensity captured on the T line，which can be  scanned by the analyzer. The testing result of rabies antigen will be displayed on the analyzer screen.
